AWFUL -- careless and don't care about the quailty of work or the damage their work causes. Got them to fumigate our single family home in Cupertino a year ago. It is a tile roof home. Even when they were servicing, they were really careless. I have seen other roof workers walk carefully. However, these guys walked like they didn't care. With the recent rains, the roof started leaking; the first time in 40 years. An inspection showed 40 tiles were broken, and some tiles were missing, etc. I need to spend another 6K to get the damage the Antique Termite guys caused while fumigating my home.

They promised a wrong date and after wasting our time going back and forth they postponed my service. Don't recommend them if your project is time sensitive.
