Hice cita con CeCe y me atendió Paty cuando llegue. Les pide que me aclararan el pelo lo más güero que se pudiera. Cuando acabo quería saber porque estaba llorando le dije que no me gustaba y me gritó que avía llegado con tres colores en mi pelo. Le pide que solo me cortara las puntas me trasquiló mi pelo párese que lo mocharon con un machete

Not much of a good haircut, but my main problem is the color of my hair doesn't match the top to the bottom nor look professional. Paid $240 for this and trusted them with my hair even after they told me it would get "better & lighter" I tried addressing this situation with the stylist but instead got told that it is my fault for not telling her exactly what I wanted even though I showed her an image. I could've done a better job myself.My experience here to keep it short and simple. Had to wait 30 minutes or so past my appointment time. Not much of a good haircut, but my main problem is the color of my hair doesn't match the top to the bottom nor look professional. Paid $240 for this and trusted them with my hair even after they told me it would get "better & lighter" I tried addressing this situation with the stylist but instead got told that it is my fault for not telling her exactly what I wanted even though I showed her an image. I could've done a better job myself. I expected better from this place according to the reviews it had. But I also was very understanding and was hoping for her to be as well. This was my full experience before my appointment and during. I went in on time at my appointment. Had me wait about 30 minutes or so because something came up which I understood. I had to wait for another lady that was there, which I did. During that time she was cutting someone's hair. I understood. Then after started another haircut which was way past my appointment time. I remained patient. After I got into the seat. To keep it short and simple. Everything seemed very rushed. Calls in and out. Stopping here and there during the process. Let me know to sit down in another chair. Begun cutting someone else's hair while I was waiting. That was my experience and to me not worth the money. Expected a good experience. Disappointed. I would look elsewhere.
