osie, the master stylist is the best! She is so gentle, professional, detailed, and clean! She removed my old lashes without pulling any of my natural lashes out, washed my lashes, and applied mega volume lashes without me even feeling her working! I get my lashes done at this studio because I have very sensitive eyes and Josie makes sure that no glue/glue fumes burn. A+! Kimberly, the office manager, is absolutely so sweet, helpful, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make sure your experience at this location is top notch. She has impressed me every time I've visited, and it's because of her that I decided to sign up for the highest monthly membership- because she represents the brand with such high quality and follows through on that value and promise.
