I always look forward to coming to Alum Rock Dental. The equipment used is top notch. But what makes the experience pleasant each time are the people in the office. Everyone is really great, from front staff to the dentist. I never feel pressured to do anything I'm not comfortable with, and I always feel that the end goal is to keep good maintenance so I'll only need to come back for routine cleanings. It's great to hear the staff tell me that they have patients who've been with them for years and they only see them routine cleanings. That tells me two things: 1. They're not trying to get me do any unnecessary procedures. 2. They have great service and their patients keep coming back ( me and my entire family - my wife, 16 yr old son, 6 yr old daughter and their soon to be new patient, my 8 month old son) Lastly, Dr. Sheila is the best! She has a soft touch that makes me fall asleep while she performs dental procedure. This place is awesome!!
