I went out to dinner to celebrate moving back home with family. We finished our meal. I left ahead of my family and forgot my bag with my cards, keys, medication - like the important stuff. Well, the staff had cleared the table and area and the bag was no where to be found.

Days later, I get an email from Fern that they had found my bag. I connected with her immediately. She was able to send my bag back to me the next day! Seriously saved my life; especially at the start of a new venture. So so grateful!

They have good quality scrubs but they don't have a good delivery system. Also it takes time to switch up the logistics orders which becomes challenging. The customer experience needs to be worked on.
