It sure sucks when you need a tow truck. But at least for me, my experience with ALL STAR TOW was excellent, Had a bad flat which a can of fix o flat couldn't seal. And my car doesn't come with a spare. Thanks AMG I was assisted by Mike and he brought a flatbed to carry my AWD vehicle to the tire shop. He handled my car with care and was super friendly. I'm surprised to read the negative reviews as my experience with Bryan at All Star was excellent. My car broke down at a freeway off-ramp. My insurance contract with All Star. Bryan from All Star came promptly in 30mins and was professional in getting my car on his tow truck. My ordeal ended so quickly because of his prompt arrival and professionalism in handling the situation. Thanks again Bryan!
Had an emergency and needed a tow late on a Sunday night. Called around and most tow places were either closed or had very high rates with a long wait. All Star Tow SJ offered a significantly lower price than competitors and arrived very quickly. They were also very communicative in providing me with an invoice for insurance after.
