Amazing, they cleaned after and were very kind they had 3 people installing the roof tiles. The quality of the work was really impressive. They worked really hard and fast, I really recommend this company. I hope this was helpful for anyone wondering.
I worked with All Seasons via HOA so I can't speak for the pricing. Communication is the part that was most difficult so one star off for that, but after all the back and forth directly and via HOA, and they were able to come fix the holes on my roof, the work itself is excellent. I still have the holes on my inside ceiling (that was dripping streams of water during heavy rain, they only do work on external roof and not internal drywall which make sense), and after they fixed the external roof there was no more leaking even during the worst of the rain season this year (which is an unusually heavy rain season). The external holes turned out to have invited rat(s) to live in that area of the roof - they went the extra step of cleaning out and removing all of the chewed up insulation and rat poop that was up there so that was really great.
