Air Concepts is the real thing when it comes to all phases of heating and air conditioning. Special shout out to Karla , Francisco , and Anthony for their friendly and professional service. Actually had a bit of a rodent issue on outside unit that needed extra attention and resolve. Took care of all of our needs, and all questions were answered regarding our system and repairs etc. Do not hesitate to use them for your HVAC needs . Thanks again.

In the office, Carla worked diligently to make sure everything was completed and ordered properly. At home, Francisco and Sergio did a wonderful job, were very polite and neat and also wanted to make sure we were happy. I would Definitely recommend

I felt like I was in an episode of Ask This Old House! Anthony and John quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty gas wall heater that had been emitting high levels of carbon monoxide. This finding aligned with PG&E's tests from the previous day, which indicated that the unit had reached carbon monoxide levels of 173 out of 200; it should have been less than 50.
John and Anthony arrived on time for the service call, showed respect for my property, and consistently wore booties inside the home. They made me feel at ease and instilled confidence that I had made the right choice in hiring them.
