We've been getting cleans every 4 weeks for about a year now. All of the staff are very friendly and considerate, and the quality of cleans is consistently good. Manager Stephanie's communication is great, and she also visited once to do a quality control inspection after the clean. Owner Davlyn isn't afraid to roll up her sleeves and cover a cleaning when they are temporarily short staffed. Maybe due to the numerous (well-earned) high reviews here, there can be a wait list for new clients. It's worth the wait, especially if you are looking for recurring cleans every 1, 2 or 4 weeks. They're very thorough about understanding a new client's needs and ensuring that they have enough staff to maintain the quality of cleaning before taking on another client. They care very much about their clients, and it shows! The team even sent us a baby card after our newborn arrived home from the hospital! We are moving to the East Bay later this year, which unfortunately is outside of the ACS service area, so congrats to the next person to get our spot! We hope to be back in the South Bay sometime in the future if the housing market calms down, and will be looking to get back on the client list at that point!
I am a years-long customer of Action Cleaning Service and I want to assure you that the other 5/5 reviews you can read here are on point. ACS works hard to earn every word of praise you see. Quality of clean, scheduling, reliability, responsiveness and safety are all top notch. And, they go above and beyond. For example, an ACS cleaning tech noticed a hairline crack near the base of a bathroom toilet had appeared since the last clean. The tech notified me immediately and showed me the crack. I called a plumber and they told me it was a good thing this was caught early, or there could have been a much bigger problem down the road. There were other incidents of a maintenance problem being noticed by a tech when I wasn't home, so a note was left AND I also got a call from the ACS office notifying me of the problem. On top of all that, they are just really nice people to work with, across the board.
