I made an appointment and was promptly seen by Anna. She and the staff made me feel very comfortable, I felt like.... for once someone cares about me, not just $$ signs. I'm really grateful to finally be getting the treatment that I needed.

Horrible, felt like they just wanted the money and had no compassion. Completely felt like concerns about their councilors we're ignored and would charge me incorrectly multiple times. Had high hopes but wish I went with a more professional and compassionate business.

Affordable mental health services but it comes at the expense of the quality of the service. Upon meeting for the first time I was told, "do you really need family services? I don't want your child to think there's something wrong with her." The reason why I'm reaching out for mental health services is because I am struggling to help my child navigate her emotions. When it came time for the first meeting, the therapist supposedly sent me a text message to a zoom link. I never received it and she didn't bother to follow up with a phone call. Honestly, the services are a joke and I don't think they take their patients seriously.
