So straight forward and professional, great communicators, full of integrity and reliability, and are just great humans to get to know, especially during such a difficult, stressful time. They made this process tolerable. Without their kind words and guidance, well, I’m just glad I didn’t have to endure without them! Louis is extremely lucky to have such an amazing support staff!
Louis and Meredith made my injury case a smooth process and ensured that I got every dime I deserved. Communication was clear and timely and Meredith took the time to answer any questions I had and made sure I understood every step of the process. Alice, their disbursement manager, went above and beyond to make sure I was paid out as quickly as possible and took time out of her day to personally deliver my check to my bank for processing. Alice was kind and so helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. Louis has a wonderful team and I would highly recommend this firm to anyone and everyone.

My first interaction was with Stacy. Before I did any kind of explaining regarding my case, she was kind and honest in letting me know she couldn’t guarantee it would be picked up due to the deadline (I came to them with only weeks before my statute of limitations was up) and how busy the office was which I understood.
