I originally went to Best Buy to do a hardware upgrade on a Dell laptop I purchased about 5 years ago. They didn't want anything to do with it, so I called up Urrutia Computer repair the other day which is nearby. Adrian is great...courteous and professional, he upgraded the memory and installed a new SSD as well as loaded up Windows 11 while he had it.....got it back in 2 days. Runs much faster! I would definitely use Adrian again for any computer issues.

Adrian was amazing and up front about time and cost. I thought I was going to have to replace my whole computer. He TOTALLY saved it with a simple diagnostic testing and just like that part order and fixed. Every case is different but this guy tries to save what he can. Thanks!
