My former mechanic had replaced the alternator in my 2013 Chrysler 200. The car ran for a day, but started to have ignition trouble the next day. I had it towed back to my former mechanic who said it was a problem with the ignition switch and they didn't have a mechanic to fix that. I called the local Chrysler dealership and they said the car was too old for them to fix it. I then had it taken to J & H Automotive. They said they could fix it. They replaced the ignition switch as the diagnostics indicated, but that didn't fix the issue. They didn't charge me for that work and replaced the new ignition with my old ignition since it was working fine and fixed the real issue...read full review

I had just moved to Hemet and was in need of a reliable new mechanic that I know I can trust and go to every time there’s a car issue. I did my due diligence researching many shop’s. My faith landed with J&H.
I’ll give you some key factors that only J&H did and other shops did not do. I called in to get a quote of a car issue and not only where they having the best prices out the door, but they also sent me a clear instructional point to point itinerary through a text message that had a link that gave me everything broken down to Parts and labor.
