Waited patiently for my tax returns to be completed….Painstakingly longer then promised week after week. Finally, returns are finished& filed, Im told. Wait a month for refunds & returns… Nothing!! Finally find out returns were not filed promptly when completed. After multiple calls & emails, returns were filed a month later. Week later, get State refund which was $2k less than I was told it would be, and 6 weeks later, still waiting for a copy of my tax returns, and my federal refund. Use them if you have tons of patience, and low expectations.
It took me 14 years to find "my tax guy". I did the software programs for years, and finally through in the towel going to H&R Block. I met some great people and some not so great people at H&R Block, but when I met Frank I finally felt like I met someone that was good at what they were doing, sharp and quick with their tax knowledge, and knew exactly what form to file when and where. He never had to look anything up, he just KNEW. He's quick, friendly, and reliable. Once he left H&R Block, I felt like I had lost him. Luckily, I found him on Facebook (ha!) and we took my 2016 taxes from there. I'm super lucky to have Frank, even if he's now 90 minutes away. We do everything...read full review
