C & D Construction Services was hired to remodel my daughter's newly purchased condo in Otay Ranch. They completed the project on time and on budget. Kevin did a great job of replacing drywall, texturing ceilings, patching holes and then painting multiple walls of various comors like "Picasso".. My observation of watching him paint is every stroke of the brush has meaning.
