Kevin was extremely helpful! After troubleshooting and researching my problem with no success over the phone. It definitely seemed like I was going to require his services after all . He reached out to the manufacture of my tankless water system to request more details on my unit. In the end, it turned out to be a simple fix due to incorrect installation from the previous plumber. Even though I did not need his services, he went over and beyond with his professionalism and help. I will definitely keep this company in my back pocket for the future and friends.
We were fortunate to get A Fast Plumbing out to our house to do maintenance and correct a problem with our Rheem tankless water heater the same day we called.
