Its an apartment for seniors and has 3 different child care. It a pretty laid back job but comes with responsibilities. Mostly Chinese seniors live here. It is also a land mark and has a big dinning room for rent for party and dance classes and other events. Only events that are not late nite because the seniors have to sleep.
