I ordered flowers to be sent to a relative only to learn that I had provided the wrong address. Yoko, the owner of the flower shop, happened to be making the deliveries today and called me. She was so kind, thoughtful, and patient in helping to make sure the flowers got to the correct address. The flower arrangement was beautiful and reflected the same care and attention that I can tell Yoko puts into all aspects of her business.
I received a surprise bouquet from my partner around 9PM and I believe it was Yoko herself personally delivering it at such an hour! I don't think I know or have experienced a florist do such a thing but it was much appreciated and adds a local yet kind touch to her work.
