Really understanding and good management. It’s been a difficult time for these landlords as wells as they have to pay taxes and what not . We understood what they told us and finally paid our rent in full . We as renters have to understand what landlords go through as well .

This review is directed to Marius Starkey, who is the resident manager of our building. He has been extremely helpful, friendly and always available when we needed him. On the other hand, we are disappointed by Greentree/Veritas way of working, we would have appreciated more transparency and honesty from them.

Good experience with this group. Always quick to respond to maintenance requests, polite, and convenient ways of contacting and making rental payments. You could tell they invested a lot in their buildings and took pride in it.
