If you arrive 16 minutes late, even if there is a baseball game and 0 parking in the tiny lot, they will reject care and send you a letter threatening to remove you from the health care system. This happened to me and my 1 year old child. You should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES
If you want to be ignored and die this is the place. After writing up all my concerns for the primary visit they told me that I had to prioritize and go to the emergency room for the rest. I've scheduled over the last year 3 appointments to take care of the underlying issues, I initially discussed, which are only getting worse to the point I can't do normal everyday care. Still not able to get through my list. I've been told they only can treat symptoms not underlying issues. I was a rock climber, mountaineer world traveler in my late 40s. Now I can't drive or write on the whiteboard... but nothing they can do about it... just age-related 😟 Doesn't make sense that...read full review
My experience with the radiology dept has been very good both times I visited but I'm gonna shout from the roof tops about a particular nurse Don N who administered prep care. I have had plenty of IV's inserted on the top of my hands and they always been painful and some with very bad bruising. I've developed anxiety and fear every time this is supposed to be happening. Nurse Don N prepared my hand in a way that no one ever tried, he positioned my hand in a manner that no one's ever done, and he talked me through it. The result a nearly painless IV stick( yes singular) and no bruising! I hope anyone who ever has had an awful experience with IV's in the hand gets the care they need without pain. Really- I think the hospital should have him do a training video it may make such a difference for the patients.
