I can't say enough good things about Twin Star Salon on Clement Street. I recently got a cut from Fiona, and she absolutely nailed it. From the moment I sat down, she was professional, friendly, and really took the time to understand the style I was going for. The attention to detail she puts into her work is unmatched — it’s clear she takes real pride in her craft.

Not only did I walk out with one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had, but I also left feeling confident I’ve finally found my barber. Called to see if I could walk in for a cut on a Tuesday. Person answering said she did have an opening that day - about an hour from when I called. Great haircut by “Amy”. She listened to what I wanted and took great care to cut it correctly. She took the time needed to do so and be sure I was happy with it. I have layered, shoulder length hair. Highly recommend. Very reasonable at $45 (I paid cash).

Just got my annual wash & haircut with Fiona and it was awesome as always. Prices went up a little but what hasn't? $50+ for women's wash/cut depending on length. Free street parking is on the side streets (avenues) and I was able to get a same day appointment. Been going here for years and they're always so nice and don't go overboard with the cutting. Their website has a message saying they closed for COVID but that's not accurate. They're by appointment only now, so be sure to call (Fiona is 415-312-2548 if you don't get through their main line). Fiona said they've been less busy since the pandemic. Support local business if you can!
