I used to love coming here, especially for Gel-X with Jenny because she really is the best. But the last few times I've made an appointment specifically with her, I haven't even been seen by her. Even with an appointment, I end up waiting 20-30 minutes, sometimes longer. What's more frustrating is I booked Gel-X and still got pushed into getting regular gel because Jenny wasn't available, even though the appointment was supposed to be with her. I completely understand she's popular, but it's disappointing to make an appointment for a specific service and technician and not receive either. Sad to say I'll have to look for a new spot, because I can't seem to actually get the appointment I came for anymore.
I just had the best experience with Bong. I came in and asked for my extensions to be removed and a manicure and she did a GREAT job. Such a sweet woman as well. Will definitely be coming back. Oh and good prices.
Tried this place for the first time as it had good reviews and the people there are nice! Service was good and I was convinced to try the hot/builder gel for the first time as I was told it would last a long time. It didn't last two days though so I wouldn't be going back.
