I had a great experience here. The appointment was on time, the eye doctor was kind and professional, and I had very attentive and efficient help purchasing frames. This store has one of the best collections of frames in the city. It is curated such that there is plenty of variety without being overwhelming. They offer high-quality and designer brands. I have been going to Hayes Optometry for many years and have always been happy to come home with good vision and cool frames. This year I got my husband to go with me.
