I’ve been going to Dr. Langille and Dr. Tam for at least 20 years. They have always been so kind and caring, but always professional. Plus, they always have a great selection of frames.

My appointments at Through the Hayes have always been great. My last appointment with Dr.Hancock was very informative. The workers at the front always have a smile on their faces and Ester was great at helping me choose a new frame just for me. Thank you everyone!

Dr Hancock is the best optometrist I’ve worked with, and her experience shows in every eye exam. She can get to the perfect prescription very quickly, and explaining her adjustments to me so I understand her process.Dr Hancock also went out of the way to ensure I’m aware of what insurance benefits I’m eligible of, helping me saving money with contact lens as they are deemed medically necessary for my conditions
