I called to make an appointment and ask about my insurance plan since it was my first time booking since moving to SF and the woman on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. She got mad that I was asking about how the prices work and how the plan works in general compared to other optometrists and said she'll cancel my appointment because she doesn't have time for me to ask around. Very unprofessional and a terrible experience and I decided that I'll go somewhere else after this experience.

Accuvision is truly an outstanding establishment! The entire experience, from start to finish, has been exceptional. Dr. Thich and her team are absolutely incredible. As my insurance benefits were about to expire in a week, I was in a rush to utilize my medical, dental, and vision coverage. Despite contacting several places that were unable to accommodate me on such short notice, Accuvision promptly answered my call and scheduled me for the very next day.
