For anyone seeking healthy, silky, straight hair, Blair is your answer! After relocating from New York, I struggled to find a stylist with the right expertise, and unfortunately, I had a bad experience elsewhere before finding her. Very few people are certified in thermal reconditioning (also called Japanese straightening), and it is a complex, 5ish hour process with multiple steps that requires precise attention to detail. Blair was able to repair my damaged hair and continues to provide consistently perfect results every time. She is meticulous and incredibly professional.
blair is a true professional. open and communicative - you come in for a consult and she does a test on a strand of your hair to be sure its a good match. she answered a zillion of my questions with poise and grace. then the big day came and it takes about 4-5 hours for really long hair to get straight - product, flat iron, neutralize, wash, dry, and prolly a few more steps I forgot about.
