Really great service, accommodating, friendly, they are all certified professionals. They go above and beyond in providing their services and customer satisfaction. I have been going to them for past 5 years. I would highly recommend using their services. Vagicial mask is one of their brownie points.

AmbianceSo clean and trendy. They have a modest space, but they keep it clean, odorless, and comfortable. Their waiting room seats 3 in white leather chairs. Location Right on Polk near the busy intersection of Polk and Broadway, this location is hard to find parking, but easy by public transit. ServiceYvonn's praises are sung here on Yelp and Google for a reason! She is very attentive and carried a conversation with you as she conducts her service. I especially appreciated her cues to 'take a breath' and how she would wait for the wax to be the ideal temperature before the pull. Very satisfied with the result I left with!
