My pilates teacher referred me to Gary. I had never experienced a massage like this where: The first-time client intake was more thorough than any other intake I’ve experienced. And I’ve tried almost every modality I could afford! It covered physical and emotional trauma, and even family history of health issues. He was extremely intuitive. He asked if I broke any bones. I said no. But as soon as he saw my feet, he asked if I broke any toes. Then I remembered I did. He told me what I tell my energy work clients that I never heard any other bodyworker or healer tell me: “Everything is confidential and you’re welcome to express whatever you feel and if you need me to hold space while you experience whatever emotions, just tell me. Or if you need privacy, I can leave the room.” He did muscle testing so I could instantly see how his bodywork changed my body. I felt my chi energy moving in most of my body, more than I ever felt. He shared postural exercises and trigger point apps that no other physical therapist, pilates teacher or bodyworker shared with me before. I could feel he cared about me as a person and he didn’t feel rushed. He reminded me to stop giving my reiki away for free. He kindly shared tips for my health issues, even ones that seemed to not have to do with bodywork. When I walked out of his office, my leg that he worked on felt strongly different in a good way. That night I had the a strangely intuitive dream that led me to a life-saving treatment in real life. I think he generously offers pre-paid package deals that aren’t listed on his website but are at his office.
