Absolutely incredible 50-minute Swedish massage. At one point toward the end of the session, I had the thought: “I can’t wait to remember this experience after it’s over.” I’ve never had that thought during a massage before, and I think it speaks to how present and effective Patrick’s work was.
His approach seemed thoughtful and well-studied, with a deep understanding of the body guiding interventions. Profoundly relaxing, also very effective for releasing tension. Truly exceptional massage, highly recommended to anyone looking for both deep relaxation and meaningful therapeutic work.
As someone who has been spending a lot of time boxing and being hunched over my computer, my neck and traps were really killing me. Luckily I found Thana Wellness Massage and was able to book a deep tissue massage with Patrick. The massage involved deep tissue work and some stretching, and upon getting off the table, I immediately felt so much better.

Patrick and Michelle are amazing! Best sports massage I've had. This has become my go to spot. I feel like it is the perfect mix of relaxing and deep tissue/stretching/muscle release and I always feel amazing after. Highly recommend
