I was a regular client years ago at Oxenrose under Charles, and I'm so happy that Benji has continued its legacy of highly personalized, stylized, quality cuts with Taylor-Monroe.
There is a reason this well established business survived the pandemic: the individualized care one receives from a stylist who is willing to take the time to get it right. Benji was ready for me even though I showed up ten minutes early; he sat me down, gave me some organic tea, and spent at least 15 minutes going over exactly what I wanted, referencing pictures of me with previous cuts.

First time coming to Benji, was a lovely experience. He’s very easy to talk to and didn’t eject me from his chair when I came in with no idea what I wanted. Loved the conversation, quality of the cut and color! He’s warm, knowledgeable and relaxed. I have already had a lot of compliments and my friends look forward to visiting Benji soon!
SERVICE, QUALITY & VIBES are phenomenal here. The attention to detail and catering the hairstylist Benji does makes you feel like you're spending time with your best friend! His advice and knowledge makes you trust him with your hair. I'm not as adventurous with my hair and he made me feel confident in stepping outside of my basic box. He did a great job coloring my virgin black hair to a bright teal. He accommodated my concerns with my hair, worked quickly and got me in and out. Totally worth the visit!!! If you need a colorist who gets it, and gets you; then make an appointment ASAP!
