Not pleasant or welcoming stylist. She kept calling me lady instead of my name, even though I told her! She didn't tell me her name, rushed through the haircut. I had to remind her to cut my sideburns, behind my ears and trim up the back and thin my hair out more. She added her own tip to my bill! I would have given her one but not $20!!
I should have gone to Great Clips they have a senior discount and they are friendly. I want to be able to carry on a conversation with my hair stylist. Cut was okay. The warm towel at the end was nice.
Hailee was my stylist and did a wonderful job of rescuing me from some bad previous cuts. Plus we had a great conversation across generations which I appreciated very much. King Street Supercuts is my new salon of choice in SF!
I usually have a great experience here. I had a really bad one once with one stylist, but I haven’t seen her since that time so I’m going to go based on my average experience when rating this location.
