Prefer this location over their location in the Marina. Super fun high back purple chairs to wait in. Friendly and quick service. My waxer recommended an exfoliant that is now one of my go to beauty products. They genuinely care, and want to make sure your experience is as painless as possible. 5 stars.
I see Shymell every other month for a brazilian and she does an amazing job. She is quick, keeps it as painless as possible, and is fun to talk to. I would give Shymell a 5 but overall give a 4 star review because Stript seems to have problem keeping up staff, as it took me losing a few others to find Shymell. I appreciate that the Washington Street location opens early and stays open later so I can go before or after a full work day!
I didn't get the spelling of her name but Ronna made my entire experience. She was amazing welcoming and personable. I am looking forward getting more services done by her. Thank you
