Representative arrived on time, examined the furnace and vent locations, answered all questions, explained the proposed work and gave a verbal cost for work if they are used. A written amount was sent by email same afternoon. Two employees arrived on the date I chose to clean vents. Explained the process, prepared all areas, cleaned and left things tidy. Will use their service again.

They (Omar and Dreon) were a bit late getting here, but once here they did a great job! I am very pleased. Very professional, no arguments about whether they missed any area or not (two years ago a guy from a different company did, and with a crabby attitude too!), and no nonsense about upping the price that was quoted when I made the appointment. They moved furniture to get underneath, and put it all back with little plastic protectors for the feet.

A great job, both guys were very professional , courteous and knowledgeable. They took a carpet that I was sure would have to be replaced and made it presentable , more than making up for the cost of the cleaning. I highly recommend the service.
