I spoke with Hugo over the phone and he seemed nice and knowledgable. We arranged to have him come over to look at and estimate the cost of fixing a closet which had a water leak issue. On the agreed upon time of our appointment, which was 3pm the next day, no one showed up. I called twice and left a message. I never heard from him to find out what happened or if he was alright. Unfortunately, in terms of his skills, I cannot say whether he is good or not, since he didn't end up doing any work on our closet.

Fantastic service by Hugo and his company. First and foremost let me start with the people. Hugo is super professional, has been active on yelp messaging as well as phone/text. He came promptly to take a look at my door lock problem. He is also respectable and always ensured he could enter the space before stepping in. He brought a proof of negative covid test which o wasnt expecting but was good to see. Next, let's talk about his service. Not only was he meticulous, he also cleaned up after the work.
