Sisters in Motion has completely changed my life.
This isn’t just a dance studio, it’s a space where I’ve reconnected with my body, built real strength, and found a supportive, inspiring community of women. I was initially nervous to try something new, but from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, encouraged, and completely free to show up exactly as I am.

My friend organized an 8 person pole party here and we had so much fun! Also we love Maya! She created such a supportive, playful space for us. After a gorgeous, flowy warm up we learned some pole tricks, choreo, and had the chance to perform for each other and cheer each other on in smaller groups. The whole class felt so dynamic and it’s just so fun to have an opportunity for guided movement with friends. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to move their body and feel free.
SIM is a very unique pole dance studio where you are encouraged to focus on movement that feels good to your body instead of focusing on how you look in your movement (there are no mirrors). This place is very special to me as it’s a space where I can truly unplug after a long day of work and leave feeling rejuvenated. The studio has amazing teachers who teaches with so much heart and are very supportive. This movement is much more than just pole dancing and how you choose to experience it is entirely up to your choosing.
