went in for a pedicure deluxe from ClassPass and was very pleased with the experience. Friendly staff, efficient, tea was offered, foot/leg massage was great, vibes were peaceful and nice. They did a great job with my nail polish ! Will come back
Sabrina called me in and asked for the chance to fix my manicure which was so kind. I was on vacation so didn't have the chance to come in for more than a week after the manicure. They gave me the most beautiful and carefully crafted french tip I've ever gotten! Thank you guys I really appreciate it :)
I would like to update my last review which was a ONE star to a FIVE star. Bridget reached out to me with a VERY SINCERE apology for the awful experience that I had with them. Apparently it was a relatively new employee who hadn't been properly trained. One bad apple should not be reflective of all of the nail practitioners at a place of business and I do apologize if my review impacted the good workers in any way. Bridget taking the time to call me TRULY touched my heart! She assured me that the QUALITY and the SERVICE that I initially received on my prior visits would be CONSISTENT moving forward. They DO use EXCELLENT product , the interior is BRIGHT and CHEERFUL, and the location is CONVENIENT! Bridget is a GEM and and after talking with her I felt TOTALLY betterI look forward to my upcoming appointment and I am happy to remain a customer!
