    I have started taking classes with Aylin on Thursday nights and they are so awesome! The class is a gentle Pilates class and it's the perfect fit for me. Aylin is a great teacher. She gives really clear instructions and helps you get into the right position if need be. Also, the studio is very clean and warm.
