The owner was very friendly and accommodating. She helped me with alterations and was patient and attentive. I am very pleased. I will be doing all my alterations and dry cleaning here in the future.

Kim is incredible - wash and fold comes back looking like a gift package. Seriously, by far the best I've found in 20 years in San Francisco. If you like supporting small, independent businesses who care about their work, and are truly kind, I absolutely recommend Kim and Silver Fox!! I've since moved to a place with a washer/dryer, but use Kim for my drycleaning and all related work. RECOMMEND HIGHLY.

Best cleaners I have found in the city for all my work attire and the owners are soo nice! They were also able to sew anchors on my outdoor couch cushions so they don't blow around in the wind. Would recommend to anyone in the area!!
