So this is the second negative review I'm giving SieMatic, but I'll preface by saying I'm still going to buy from them... Because at the end of the day, the physical product brings immense daily joy :) Things that went right with latest order: * Product is bulletproof and beautiful * Aesthetic design process and results were excellent with sincere thanks to the representative * Entry-level new line is great * Despite the problems below, representative always picked up my phone call, was always responsive, and always willing to come onto site to help resolve issues.
