Dr. Sieber and his team provide an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. The office itself is warm and inviting, and the entire staff is professional, friendly, and supportive. Nurse Kelly, in particular, is incredibly knowledgeable and guides you every step of the way through your healing journey.
What I found to be a game changer was their use of modern technology, like 3D imaging, to visualize the desired changes. It makes the entire process feel collaborative and much less daunting.

UPDATE: The practice responded thoughtfully and offered a considerate resolution, including a new treatment and covering pretreatment costs. I appreciated their professionalism and effort to address my concerns. I’m feeling more positive and will update once my treatment is complete.

I booked microneedling with PRP, but they had a surprisingly hard time drawing blood: four staff members tried and still only got half a vial.
