UPDATE: The practice responded thoughtfully and offered a considerate resolution, including a new treatment and covering pretreatment costs. I appreciated their professionalism and effort to address my concerns. I’m feeling more positive and will update once my treatment is complete.

My experience with the non-surgical side of this practice was disappointing. I booked microneedling with PRP, but they had a surprisingly hard time drawing blood: four staff members tried and still only got half a vial.
