This was the best experience I've had with a groomer in the City.
From the first conversation on the phone, I was sold on bringing in our toy poodle, whose hair has been butchered all around San Francisco in the last two years. Bernard (the owner) was knowledgeable, passionate, and reassuring, so we gave it a shot. I'm SO glad we did.
The atmosphere was inviting and the crew welcomed us warmly. Time was taken to thoroughly discuss the cut and expectations, which I appreciated. Our girl was matted, so I knew it would be more than just a bath and shape, but she was finished well within the timeframe discussed.
We absolutely loved our experience here! We noticed our dog needing nail trimming badly and came across this place! The owner made our experience so great, he gave answers to all our questions promptly and nicely. This place is well organized and clean! My dog had so much fun at beach prior to the bath time here that I felt so bad my dog came to this place very sandy. The owner made sure my dog was taken good care of, did wellness check to make sure no history of medical condition as it looked little exhausted from the fun he had in the heat, and kept my dog well hydrated while it's stay. Our golden retriever, Zeus, has been going to Showtime since he was just a puppy. Bernard and the Showtime team always take care to make sure he looks amazing! Bernard is very thoughtful when he grooms and checks in about exactly what we want. Bernard truly goes above and beyond in how he takes care of Zeus. I can’t recommend Showtime enough!
