I need to leave a review because Bernard and his team saved my dogs coat. My dog had a terrible experience with a different groomer that left him severely matted and we thought that his coat was beyond saving and needed a full shave off. Bernard and his team was not only able to save his coat, but we were very worried about how stress our dog would be during the dematting process. But when we picked him up we knew they treated him with only kindness because he was very cheerful and not distressed at all. I’ve always had an amazing experience with getting my dog, snow, groomed at this place. Bernad, the owner, is great and very caring for the dog. He always gives personalized advice on what the dog needs and is super friendly.

Bernard and the entire crew here are excellent! You wouldn’t expect your dog to love the groomer, but she seems ecstatic whenever I bring my pup in!
They do a fantastic job at everything - my dog leaves cuter, softer, and smelling so good.
