I can't believe it took me two years to finally find a great and affordable hairdresser near the Laurel Heights neighborhood. That's what Shi's Hair Studio is exactly. A great hair cut, with a very affordable price. Shi's is a rare jewel in San Francisco. It's now my go-to place to get mine and my family's hair cut.

I can't recommend this hair studio enough. We all know how difficult it can be to find a new barber, and I have remained loyal to this place because they know my hair, I always have a pleasant experience and a great hair cut on top of it. I like to tip well because of our relationship but their haircuts are reasonably priced and Shi even started selling succulents during the pandemic too! If you're looking for a new barber, whether you're a parent with young kids or a hesitant early 20s male like me that struggled for a long time to find a reliable option or anywhere in between, give this place a chance! You won't be disappointed.
