SFT recently completed the foundation and framing work for my major remodel, which included adding a basement, structural support for an open floor plan, two sets of stairs, and an attic build out which included large dormers and a roof deck. Shayan and Fred are great to work with and their crew is excellent.

My sister recommended SFT Construction to me based on her positive feedback on a retaining wall project. She was highly complimentary about the quality of their work and expertise of the crew. I noticed cracks in my garage's foundation and contacted Shayan Mir who promptly provided a quote to reinforce the foundation. I was pleased the job started without delay. Ali, Shayan, and the whole team performed exceptionally well. Recently, they carried out a seismic retrofit for me, having been recommended to us by a neighbor who used SFT. All inspections were completed smoothly and on schedule, and they delivered the project precisely as discussed. I highly recommend their services!
