Johnny came for an initial inspection and estimate. He was thorough and professional. We were able to get the team in a week later. Brian ran that team and did they did great work addressing the entry points and sealing them up while laying traps to clear out the rest of the rodents.
On time for inspection after initial service. Unfortunately I was late by an hour, but Brian and his company accommodated that by returning, thanks Brian and Alley Cat ! Brian found two dead rat carcasses in my basement put of the five traps set ... so fingers crossed .
Very happy with the service. They did a great job sealing up gap and holes where rodents could enter as well as setting traps. There follow up is excellent as well as there communication. Everyone we interacted with was very professional.
