Inspection was thorough and informative, friendly, professional. Crew was timely on arrival (8 AM) and got straight to work. They expertly sealed off their pathway to the attic entryway. They thoroughly cleared all old insulation (including insulation that a previous company did not clear beneath some boards) down to the ceiling lath and plaster and into the hard to reach roof corners. They had an electrician inspect old knob and tube and determine that it was disconnected. They also thoroughly cleaned and disinfected the attic and crawl space, and then searched, found, and sealed a number of holes, including some the previous company did not find, both in the attic and in the crawl space under the house. They then installed R-30 batt insulation correctly and re-attached some boards for access to the attic space. They completely cleaned up afterwards and left everything as it was before. Excellent team work, very good communication, very professional, took pride in their work. Completely finished by 3:15 PM.
These folks did an excellent job of cleaning up under my home. Cleaned, decontaminated and sealed, for a much more reasonable price than anyone else. From the first phone call to the follow-up, I am very pleased and would definitely recommend!
