Fantastic mani pedi! I walked in while n a layover in San Francisco and they managed to fit me in despite being busy. Salon is bright and clean and the staff are terrific. I highly recommend the Dazzle Dry, which the regular customers suggested I try and looks beautiful.
They did a good job on my gel manicure, but the wait and organization is my main issue. This has happened to me multiple times where I make an appointment, show up on time, and then still end up waiting. This last time I made an appointment for 4pm on Sunday. I showed up 5 min before 4. When I walked in, I told them I had an appointment and they told me to wait for a bit. No time estimate and no apology for the wait with my appointment. Then I proceeded to sit there for 45 min completely ignored. No one came up and reassured they would be with me soon, asked if I wanted water nothing. I've been getting my nails done by the owner for the 8 years I've lived here. All her establishments are super clean with great service and always have availability for walk in's if you're cool waiting about 15 minutes. You can also book on class pass! I usually come with a reference of patterns I want. I also get waxes here. No acrylics but they do all types of gels/dips etc. Prices are normal for SF. Highly recommend!
