I’m so glad I found Bloom! The space is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The electrologist, Yulia, is incredibly knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything, making the experience feel safe and personalized. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and creates an inclusive, respectful environment. Highly recommend!

Lily at SF Electrolysis is the best! I found her business by searching for trans friendly electrologists. After contacting a few on that list, I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of which I was able to communicate with Lily (Unlike the others businesses I communicated with)
I could tell Lily was the right one – She’s friendly, warm, funny, very careful (with how she explains the entire process, as well as the work she does) and as an added bonus – she a great conversationalist!
As a trans person knowing I’d need dozens of appointments, these are important traits!
