My Esthetician at SEV is amazing. She has been with me on my hair removal process, gives me the best recomendations on what I need to do to achieve my goals. I can see so much progress.

Not sure about their actual service but their customer service is non existent. They requested forms to be filled out abased of appt however didn’t send the link until 40 minutes prior to cancelling my appt which was booked more than a week in advance. Then met with canned response from guy at front desk who claims forms were sent earlier, not the case.
Update: I did receive outreach from customer service, and while it did take a while to convey the challenges I had with their system, they did eventually resolve the issue for specific case. That said I think they may need to trouble shoot their automated email system. I will plan to give them a second... read full review

UPDATE: Manager called me back and refunded me. Thank you for hearing me out. Back to 4 stars. One star because I had such a negative experience here yesterday with the receptionist after having been such a loyal customer to this SEV location for over a year now, having referred a few friends to join, usually having pleasant visits. I have always paid in advance, sign everything on time, and I always tip. On Monday 8/26 I completed the confirmation and waiver, for a Wednesday 8/28 appointment (yesterday). On Tuesday I had to have an emergency dental surgery, and was put on Penicillin, which I did not know I'd be put on in advance, nor did I think it was going to... read full review
