The space is visually inviting with super cute decor, and clients are greeted immediately. Nice details include lovely kimonos for protection and tea and water for comfort. It is also a dog-friendly salon. The ethos centers on inclusion and transparency, welcoming the entire Bay Area community while specifically creating a safe environment for LGBTQIA+ members to be fully present. The staff and stylists are personable, warm, friendly, genuine, and kind. Stylists are talented, professional, and knowledgeable. They really listen, understand a client’s style and vision, and are honest and helpful, making clients feel comfortable, seen, beautiful, and like they are hanging with a friend. They are never judgy about previous hair care. The salon is gratuity-free, which takes the guesswork out of pricing. Clients leave happy with hair that looks and feels amazing, fabulous, and top tier, consistently having a great experience and planning to return. It is a highly recommended favorite salon.
